Hi! I’m Gemma, the person behind Cinnamon Girl.

I live in Barcelona with my two cats, Paqui and Romi, so when I’m not photographing my recipes, I’m probably taking pictures of them instead.

I’ve spent over 15 years sharing my passion for cooking, especially sweets and desserts, and showing that it’s possible to create delicious recipes without using any animal-derived ingredients. To me, veganism isn’t just a diet; it’s a way of living that’s kinder, more conscious and, above all, more respectful of animals.

For over a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with food brands from Spain and the UK, developing recipes and creating photography and video content to bring their products to life.

As you’ve probably guessed by now, photography and animals are my two greatest passions. And when I’m not in the kitchen or behind the camera, I spend my free time rescuing cats and helping them find the loving homes they’ve always deserved.
